Can I pick up my order directly? 

Unfortunately, our business practices and insurance requirements do not allow consumers to pick up product from us directly.  However, once you find an item(s) you want, simply click the “Add to Cart” button and we’ll take care of the rest.

 

Are my payments secure? 

Yes, your payments are always 100% secure.  We offer multiple payment gateways to suit your needs and all payment options are secure and trusted sites.  We never store your credit card information.

 

How long does shipping take? 

All orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days.  However, since we custom fulfill each order, shipping times may vary.  Delivery times can range between 10-20 business days, and orders often arrive faster than expected.  If there is a delay, we trust that once you receive the product you will feel it was worth the wait.

 

Where can I find a discount code? 

Discount codes are periodically sent to subscribers of our list, so please be sure to subscribe so you don’t miss out!

  

How do I receive multiple item orders? 

If you order several separate items, your order will most likely arrive in separate packages.
