Return Policy

We offer a 30 day refund policy and original shipping costs will not be refunded.  If 30 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately due to standard business practices we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.  All perishable items cannot be returned. 

All returns will require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Refunds (where applicable) 

Once your item is received, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. 

No original shipping charges will be reimbursed and we take no responsibility for customs and duty charges which may have been incurred.  

eCityGate cannot issue refunds for orders completed with incorrect shipping addresses. 

All returns of unwanted items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and original shipping charges will not be reimbursed.  

Sale Items 

All Sale items are non-refundable.   

Exchanges 

All defective items or items received as damaged may be refunded or exchanged.
